If you're looking for a completely custom media wall, here’s how our bespoke design process works:

• After submitting an inquiry, a consultant will reach out to discuss your requirements.

• We will request measurements of your space as well as images or videos of any design ideas you have seen online to better understand your vision.

• Based on this information, we will provide a rough estimate for your project.

• If you're happy with the estimate, we will then create a detailed quote.

• Once the quote is approved, we will take a deposit and schedule your build and installation.

• Pick Your Size & Fireplace – Select the media wall size that suits your space and choose from our recommended fireplaces. Be sure to check the product drawings for exact dimensions, recommended TV sizes, and depth requirements.

• Personalize Your Build – Add extras like a downlights or sound bar.

• Secure With A Depsoit – Pay a deposit or in full to confirm your purchase.

• Final Confirmation & Installation – We’ll call in afew days to finalize details, confirm dimensions, and schedule installation within 3 weeks. The remaining balance is due after completion.

No, we do not supply the fireplace. However, we recommend a selection of fireplaces for each media wall design and size, which can be found under Find My Fireplace on the product pages with direct links to purchase from third-party suppliers. We recommend when purchasing the signature range you purchase your fire from them.
